Rodolfo Milhomem de Sousa

 

Rodolfo graduated with a degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás in 2006, specializing in International Law at the Federal University of Goiás in 2008. In 2014, he obtained a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Global Health from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation. Currently, Rodolfo is pursuing his PhD in Legal Sciences at the Autonomous University of Lisbon. He has held various key positions, including working as a Lawyer and Consultant in the international area for Milhomem & Sousa Advogados Associados and serving as the Foreign Affairs Advisor at the International Advisory Office of the Minister of Health. He was Senior Analyst of International Projects at the Brazilian Agency for Industrial Development / Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade. Currently a Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Management and Innovation, Central Body of the Federal Government of Brazil. He has experience in Political Science, International Relations, Diplomacy, International Politics, International Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Business Law, Foreign Trade, International Environmental Law, Development, Global Health and Climate Change.
