Ms. Ankita Kushwaha

Ankita Kushwaha is a lecturer at Sai University, Chennai, and a Ph.D. research scholar at the Centre for Philosophy, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Her area of specialization lies in social-political philosophy, with a particular focus on caste, secularism, tolerance, communalism, etc. Her research aims to explore how to maintain peaceful coexistence in a diverse society like India and to analyse the justifications for the approaches taken by the state towards religion.
