Mr. Teddy Moysan
Teddy Moysan is a PhD candidate in sociology at the University of Valencia (Spain). His research focuses on the development of a composite index to assess the democratic quality of participatory processes, integrating participants’ democratic expectations, their perceptions and the institutional context. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management and a dual Master’s degree in Team Management and Leadership (ENEB), and is a Level 2 ICF-accredited professional coach. His main interests include deliberative democracy, collective intelligence, and the systemic conditions for social transformation. His objective is to provide citizens, practitioners and decision-makers with a rigorous evaluation tool to help co-design participatory processes that are responsive to actual field needs, and to provide researchers with a standardized evaluation framework that facilitates comparative studies of participatory processes.
