Dr Aysel Demirci

Dr Aysel Demirci is currently a Lecturer and a Public Law Researcher at Yalova University Law School in Turkiye. She holds an MA in Human Rights degree from the University of Sussex and a PhD in Public Law degree from Brunel University London. Her PhD thesis titled “Enforceability of UK Constitutional Conventions” received the Dean’s Prize for Innovation and Impact in Doctoral Research in 2021. Her main research areas are Human Rights Law and Technology, Constitutional Law, Regulation of AI, Contemporary Law Systems and Electoral Law.
