Dr. Etleva Smaçi

Dr. Smaçi holds a Doctor of Science Degree (Ph.D.) in History (field Military History) from the Center for Albanian Studies, Research Institute of History. Dr Smaçi is also a graduate of the Marshall Center’s Program in Applied Security Studies. Currently she holds the position of vice rector for scientific research at the Albanian Armed Forces Academy. Etleva Smaçi’s research interest includes a wide range of security concerns, with an emphasis on Russia and Balkan security affairs.
